In-State Conversion Requirements– If you obtain a citation in the state of Arkansas, you will need to contact FSA to receive recommendation requirements.

Out-Of-State Conversion Requirements: if you live in Arkansas but received a citation in another state, it is your responsibility to find out what that state requires for FSA to render services to you.  If you get an offense not listed in our catchment area, you will need to get a referral form from the county you receive the offense from.

Once you complete the requirements you will need to mail us the certificate of completion with a $150 money order. The $150 is a fee set by the state for FSA to convert to an Arkansas certificate. Please Include your DOB, reference number, contact information, and date of offense.

You can contact Driver Control at 501-682-1631 for reference number and offense date. You should also contact them to get a list of what is required. Driver Control is the final authority on your needed requirements.
